SHIPPING
Our team makes each item to order, ensuring quality assembly before shipping. With three locations across the US, we optimize delivery by leveraging our carriers and distributing production to the regional facility nearest to you, guaranteeing the fastest possible delivery time. Expedited shipping orders are prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days, while free standard shipping orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times may extend slightly for acrylics, framed pieces, or larger canvas sizes such as 60x40". Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number within 24 hours. For quick and reliable delivery, all US orders ship via FedEx or UPS with free domestic shipping.
For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. To view precise details, simply enter your address at checkout.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of your purchase. We may not exchange or cancel your order after 4 hours, as it will already gone into production.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to show on your account.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order we ship includes a tracking link that shows progress of your delivery. Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and an expected delivery date from the shipping carrier. This process can take up to 5 days after you have placed your order.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
In the rare case your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as you have received your order and we will replace it for you right away.
- Take a few photos showing the issue with your order and send them to us via email to info@luxartclub.com
- Please include your full name and order # as it appears on your order confirmation email. Also provide a brief summary of the issue.
Our team will respond to you within 24 hours.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you haven't received your order, but tracking is showing it was delivered, we ask to please allow up to 48 hours for your delivery to show up before contacting the shipping carrier. We have experienced that shipping carriers occasionally mark deliveries complete before they are delivered, which unfortunately is beyond our control.
If your order is still not delivered to the address that was submitted with the order, and no additional information is provided by the shipping carrier, we ask that you file a "lost package" claim directly with the carrier as the recipient. Once you have filed a claim, please email us the claim number to info@luxartclub.com and we will follow up with the shipping carrier to take care of the rest.

RETURN POLICY

We’re confident you’ll love our art, but if you’re not fully satisfied, you have options. Return your order, and you can choose between a full refund or a gift card valued at 110% of your original purchase price once we’ve received the returned item.
Returns Within 90 Days
Our "Worry-Free" Returns & Exchange Policy gives you 90 calendar days to return your artwork if it doesn’t meet your expectations. We take pride in offering one of the best return and exchange policies in the industry. No other company stands behind their art like we do. Give it a try, risk-free!
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email us at info@luxartclub.com with the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that we do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels.

We guarantee your art will remain as vibrant and stunning as the day you hung it, even 30 years from now. If not, we’ll replace it.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If you’d like a refund instead of a 110% gift card, you have 30 days from the delivery date to start the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee to cover handling costs. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
International Orders
While refunds aren’t available for international orders, you can exchange items or opt for a gift card valued at 110% of your purchase price.
